The pressure exerted on the shaft seal is expertly balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be configured with soft packing, with optional cooling.

Comprehensive Service Policy
The goods offered by the seller must fully adhere to the contractual stipulations and be suitable for their intended design and construction purposes; they must meet or exceed all specified performance metrics and tolerances. The goods shall undergo testing as per contract provisions and attachments to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to meet the contract specifications, the seller must rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer. This must be done within the agreed timeframe. If the goods cannot be remedied, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must either replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives, meeting all contractual requirements within the original delivery timeframe.
The seller shall enforce a robust quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, aligned with ISO9000 series 2000 edition standards. The products provided must comply with HSE management system standards, specifically OSHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operational start. During this period, should any manufacturing quality issues arise, the supplier will replace the parts free of charge. If malfunctions occur due to the buyer's handling, the supplier will offer prompt support. The supplier guarantees a one-year warranty period for any replaced parts.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
