Application Range and Product Features
The shaft seal pressure is expertly balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be configured with soft packing, which can be either cooled or non-cooled.
Alternatively, various configurations of single and double end mechanical seals can be utilized, including balanced types.
Durable ball bearings and ample shaft diameter ensure smooth, reliable operation. Certain pump body specifications feature double screw shells to balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, encompassing the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite component that permits pump maintenance without pipeline removal, especially when using an extended coupling.
When utilizing the shaft, motor removal is unnecessary. The flange design is compatible with PN16 and PN25 standards, based on material differences, and can also be applied to ANSI125 standards.

The goods provided by the seller must strictly adhere to contract requirements, be designed and constructed for optimal use, and surpass performance benchmarks and tolerances. Every unit must be rigorously tested to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance standards outlined in the contract and its appendices.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contractual specifications, the seller must immediately address the defect, re-inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer, ensuring completion within the mutually agreed timeframe. If remediation is impossible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods.
