Application range and product feature
The pressure on the shaft seal is expertly balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. Shaft seals can utilize soft packing, either cooled or uncooled, for versatile sealing solutions.
Additionally, the pump can also employ various structures of single and double end mechanical seals, with balanced types available for optimized performance.
Durable ball bearings and ample shaft diameter ensure smooth and reliable operation. Certain pump body specifications are designed with double screw shells to effectively balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, including the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms an integrated component. This allows for pump body maintenance without pipeline removal, provided an extended coupling is used.
The shaft design allows motor removal to be unnecessary. Flange designs, featuring PN16 and PN25, cater to various material differences, and the pump can also comply with ANSI125 specifications.

Service Policy
Our commitment is to provide goods that fully comply with contract requirements, ensuring suitability for intended use in both design and construction. All performance values and tolerances are met or exceeded. Goods undergo rigorous testing as stipulated in the contract and its attachments to verify their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods free of charge, ensuring no financial burden on the buyer. This work must be completed within the mutually agreed timeframe. If remediation is not possible, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring completion within the originally agreed delivery date.
The seller is required to implement a robust quality assurance system equivalent to the IS09000 series 2000 edition. The products must adhere to the HSE management system standard, specifically OSHA180001/HSE.
Our pumps come with an 18-month warranty from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. Should any manufacturing quality issues arise within this period, the supplier will replace the parts free of charge. In cases of malfunctions due to the buyer's reasons, the supplier will still provide timely assistance. Replaced parts are warranted for an additional year.
