Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully meet the contract's requirements and are perfectly designed and constructed for the intended use; They must either meet or surpass all performance values and tolerances. The products will be rigorously tested to ensure they comply with the technical specifications and performance data outlined in the contract and its attachments.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to meet the contract's provisions, the seller is obliged to remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the items at no additional cost to the buyer, within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the defect cannot be rectified, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such instances, the seller must replace the faulty goods or provide suitable alternatives that meet the contract's requirements, ensuring the replacement is completed within the originally agreed delivery timeline.
The seller must maintain a rigorous quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, aligned with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The provided products must also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The 4 pumps come with an 18-month warranty from the date of shipment or 12 months after starting operation. If any manufacturing defects arise during this period, the supplier will replace the parts at no cost. If malfunctions occur due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will still offer prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts stands for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
