Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully comply with all contract requirements and are perfectly suited for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or surpass all performance values and tolerances. Goods will be rigorously tested in accordance with contract terms and specifications to ensure their capability and compliance with technical standards and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to meet contract provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no extra cost to the buyer, delivering results within the mutually agreed time frame. If the defect cannot be remedied, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives that meet contractual requirements, ensuring completion within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller will implement a robust quality assurance system during the organizational process, adhering to standards equivalent to those specified in the ISO9000 series, 2000 edition. All products provided will meet the HSE management system standards, specifically OSHA180001/HSE.
The warranty for the 4 pumps extends for 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation, whichever is earlier. During this period, the supplier will replace any parts with manufacturing defects free of charge. Should any pump issues arise due to the buyer’s actions, the supplier will still offer timely support. The warranty for replaced parts is assured for one year.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
