Service Policy
The products provided by the seller must fully meet the contract's requirements and be suitable for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. The goods must undergo rigorous testing as per the contract and its attachments to demonstrate their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
If the goods or any part thereof fail to meet the contract's provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost. This must be done within the agreed timeframe. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must either replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives that meet the contract's requirements, ensuring the replacement is completed within the originally agreed delivery date.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, complying with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The products must also adhere to the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operation commencement. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed by the supplier with free part replacements. If any pump malfunctions arise due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The supplier guarantees a one-year warranty for the replaced parts.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
