The products provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully comply with the contract's requirements, ensuring they are perfectly designed and constructed for their intended use. They must meet or exceed all performance standards and tolerances. Rigorous testing, as stipulated by the contract and its attachments, will be conducted to verify their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
Should the products or any components thereof fail to meet the contract specifications, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or conduct inspections and retesting for the buyer at no additional cost. This must be completed within the timeframe mutually agreed upon. If remediation is not possible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the products, in which case the seller must replace the rejected items or provide suitable alternatives that meet the contract requirements. All replacements must adhere to the original contract's delivery schedule.
The seller must uphold an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational processes, adhering to the stringent standards specified in the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. The supplied products must also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically OSHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps extends to 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. Within this timeframe, the supplier will replace any parts free of charge should manufacturing quality issues arise. For malfunctions due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty for any replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.
