Service Commitment
The products provided by the seller must fully comply with contract stipulations and be suitable for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or surpass all performance standards and tolerances. The products will be rigorously tested as per the contract and its annexes to validate their compliance with technical specifications and performance metrics.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract specifications, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or re-inspect and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer, ensuring completion within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the defect cannot be corrected, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with compliant goods within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller is required to maintain an effective quality assurance system consistent with the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. Additionally, the products must adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically OSHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps extends to 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this time, the supplier will replace any parts exhibiting manufacturing defects at no cost. In the event of malfunctions due to buyer-related issues, the supplier will promptly assist in resolving them. Replaced parts come with a one-year warranty.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
