Comprehensive Service Policy
The products supplied by the seller will fully adhere to contract specifications and be perfectly suited for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances. Rigorous testing, as per contract terms and attachments, will be conducted to validate their functionality and adherence to technical specifications and performance criteria.
Should the goods fail to comply with contract provisions, the seller will rectify the defects or re-inspect and retest the goods at no extra charge, ensuring completion within the agreed timeframe. If rectification is unfeasible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring delivery within the originally agreed timeframe.
The seller will maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Products must also comply with HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months from the start of operation, whichever comes first. During this time, any manufacturing-related quality issues will be addressed with free part replacements. Should any operational issues arise due to buyer-related factors, the supplier will provide prompt support. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
