Service Policy
The products offered by the seller will be guaranteed to fully adhere to contractual specifications, ensuring they are fit for purpose in both design and construction. They will meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances. The products will undergo rigorous testing as outlined in the contract and its appendices to prove their capability and compliance with technical and performance standards.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract specifications, the seller must rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer, within the timeframe agreed upon by both parties. If remediation is impossible, the buyer has the right to reject the goods, necessitating the seller to replace them with compliant alternatives within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller will maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational processes, adhering to the same standards specified in the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. The products must also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months from the start of operation. During this period, the supplier will replace any defective parts free of charge due to manufacturing quality issues. In the event of malfunctions caused by the buyer, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
