Service Policy
The seller guarantees that the supplied goods fully meet the contract requirements, ensuring optimal design, construction, and intended use suitability. They must satisfy or surpass all performance metrics and tolerances. The goods will undergo rigorous testing as stipulated in the contract and its annexes to confirm their capabilities and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to comply with the contract terms, the seller is obliged to remedy the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods for the buyer at no cost, adhering strictly to the agreed timeline. If remediation is not feasible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. The seller must then replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives, ensuring completion within the original delivery timeframe.
The seller is required to maintain a robust quality assurance system aligned with the IS09000 series 2000 edition throughout the organizational process. Moreover, the products must adhere to the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
Our pumps come with an 18-month warranty from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be addressed with free part replacements. Additionally, the supplier will provide prompt assistance for any issues arising from the buyer's use. The warranty for replaced parts extends for a full year.

It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
