Application Range and Product Features
The shaft seal pressure is masterfully balanced through balance holes in the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be effectively sealed with soft packing, which can be either cooled or non-cooled.
Multiple structural options for single and double end mechanical seals are available, including balanced types, ensuring versatility.
Robust ball bearings and ample shaft diameter ensure seamless operation. Select pump bodies feature double screw shells to balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, comprising components like the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite unit that simplifies maintenance without necessitating pipeline removal when an extended coupling is used.

Service Policy
The products provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully comply with the contract requirements, ensuring suitability for design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. All goods will be rigorously tested as per the contract provisions and attachments to verify their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods fail to comply with the contract provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost. This must be completed within the timeframe agreed upon by both parties. If remediation is not possible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives meeting the contract requirements, ensuring completion within the originally agreed delivery date.
The seller is required to implement a robust quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, aligning with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The provided products must also adhere to the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps extends to 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation, whichever comes first. During this period, the supplier will replace any parts free of charge if manufacturing quality issues arise. In cases of pump malfunctions due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will offer prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.
