Service Policy
The products provided by the seller must fully adhere to the contract's stipulations, ensuring they are designed and constructed for their intended use; they must meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances. The goods must undergo testing as per the contract and its annexes to verify their capability and compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to meet the contract's requirements, the seller is obliged to remedy the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer. This must be done within the timeframe agreed upon by both parties. If the goods cannot be remedied, the buyer has the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable items that meet the contract's requirements, ensuring the replacement is completed within the originally agreed delivery time.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system in line with the IS09000 series 2000 edition during the organizational process. Additionally, the provided products must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months from operation. Within this period, if any manufacturing quality issues arise, the supplier will replace the parts at no cost. Should any pump malfunctions occur due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. Furthermore, the warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
