Service Policy
The seller guarantees that the goods fully comply with the contract requirements and are suitable for their intended use in both design and construction. The products must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. Testing will be conducted as stipulated in the contract and its attachments to verify compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods fail to meet contract provisions, the seller will rectify defects or inspect and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer, ensuring timely completion as agreed by both parties. If the issues cannot be resolved, the buyer may reject the goods, and the seller must provide replacements that meet contract requirements. Replacement work will be completed within the originally agreed delivery timeframe.
The seller will maintain an effective quality assurance system in line with IS09000 series 2000 edition during the organizational process. Products must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operation. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be resolved with free part replacements. If pump malfunctions occur due to the buyer's reasons, the supplier will promptly assist. The warranty for replaced parts is one year.

We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
