The HCZ Series Standardized Chemical Pumps offer an extensive performance range, incorporating all the capabilities of the IH Series Standardized Chemical Pumps. Designed for seamless interchangeability, the HCZ Series can be effortlessly swapped with the IH Type Pump, providing versatility and ease of integration as a single machine unit.

Application range and product feature
The pressure on the shaft seal is expertly balanced by balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers, offering the option of soft packing seals (with or without cooling).
Additionally, various structures of single and double end mechanical seals, including balanced types, can be utilized to suit different operational needs.
Durable ball bearings and ample shaft diameter ensure smooth, reliable operation. Some pump body specifications feature double screw shells to balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, comprising the shaft, impeller, packing box, and more, forms a composite component that facilitates maintenance of the pump body without pipeline removal (if using extended coupling).
With the shaft in use, the motor remains in place. The flange design accommodates PN16 and PN25 (depending on material), and is also compatible with ANSI125 standards.

Service Policy
The products supplied by the seller will fully satisfy the contractual requirements and are precisely engineered for the intended use, meeting or surpassing all performance standards and tolerances. They must be tested as per the contract and its attachments to ensure complete compliance with technical specifications and performance criteria.
Should any item or portion fail to meet contract specifications, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the product at no additional cost to the buyer, ensuring completion within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the issue cannot be resolved, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives that meet contractual requirements, ensuring completion within the originally agreed delivery timeframe.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the process, adhering to standards identical to those detailed in the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition. All products must also comply with HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
An 18-month warranty from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation applies to the 4 pumps. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be remedied with free part replacements. Should any pump issues arise due to buyer negligence, the supplier will offer prompt support. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
