Exceptional Service Policy
The products provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully meet contract requirements and be suitable for their intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all specified performance standards and tolerances. All goods must undergo rigorous testing as per the contract and its attachments to demonstrate their capability and compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to meet the contract provisions, the seller is obliged to remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods free of charge. The corrective action must be completed within the timeframe agreed upon by both parties. If remediation is not possible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements. The replacement must be accomplished within the original delivery schedule.
The seller is required to implement an effective quality assurance system during production, adhering to the same stringent standards as specified in the IS09000 series 2000 edition. The products must comply with HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation commencement. During this period, the supplier will replace any parts with manufacturing defects free of charge. Even if malfunctions occur due to buyer-related issues, the supplier will provide timely support. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.
