Encompassing the comprehensive performance range of the IH Series Standardized Chemical Pumps, the HCZ Series takes it a step further. It boasts enhanced efficiency, superior cavitation performance, and other critical metrics that set new benchmarks in the industry.
Designed with versatility in mind, the HCZ Series can seamlessly interchange with the IH Type Pump, ensuring ease of integration and operational continuity as a standalone machine.

Application range and product feature
The pressure exerted on the shaft seal is meticulously balanced through balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. It allows the shaft seal to be secured with soft packing, either cooled or non-cooled, depending on the requirements.
Additionally, you can opt for various structures of single and double end mechanical seals, including the balanced type, to meet diverse operational needs.
Durable ball bearings with ample shaft diameter ensure smooth and reliable operation. Selected pump body specifications feature double screw shells to effectively balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, encompassing the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms an integrated component, enabling the maintenance of the pump body without pipeline removal (with an extended coupling).
When utilizing the shaft, there's no need to remove the motor. Flange design accommodates PN16 and PN25 standards based on material differences and can also align with ANSI125 specifications.
Compatible with pressures of 150 pounds per square inch or 150 PSI, ensuring robust performance in various applications.

The products we provide will fully meet all contract specifications and are designed and constructed for optimal use; they will meet or exceed all performance standards and tolerances. Should any product or component not meet contract specifications, the seller will promptly rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no extra cost to the buyer. This will be done within the agreed timeframe. If defects cannot be remedied, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller will replace the rejected items with compliant goods within the originally agreed delivery schedule.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
