Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully comply with the contract requirements and be suitable for their intended use in design and construction. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. The goods must undergo testing as outlined in the contract and its attachments to demonstrate their capability and adherence to the technical specifications and performance data.
If the goods or any part thereof fail to comply with the contract, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost, within the agreed timeframe. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer has the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet the contract requirements. All replacements must be completed within the original contract delivery date.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system, equivalent to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, the products must comply with the HSE management system standards, such as 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation, whichever comes first. During this period, if any manufacturing quality issues arise, the supplier will replace the parts free of charge. If pump malfunctions occur due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will provide timely assistance. The warranty period for replaced parts is one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
