Comprehensive Service Policy
All goods supplied by the seller shall strictly adhere to contract specifications, ensuring they are fit for the intended purpose in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances. The goods will undergo rigorous testing as per contract terms to verify compliance with technical specs and performance data.
Should any goods or components fail to meet contract terms, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or re-inspect and retest the goods at no extra charge. This must be completed within the mutually agreed timeframe. If defects cannot be remedied, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. The seller must then replace the rejected items or provide acceptable substitutes that meet contract requirements, ensuring completion within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller must maintain a robust Quality Assurance System, equivalent to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Products supplied must adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
Each of the 4 pumps comes with an 18-month warranty from shipment date, or 12 months after installation, whichever comes first. During this period, the supplier will replace any parts with manufacturing defects at no cost. If issues arise due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will also provide prompt support. Replacement parts carry a one-year warranty.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
