The shaft seal pressure is expertly balanced by the secondary blades' or impellers' balance holes. Offers flexibility with soft packing sealing options, either cooled or non-cooled.
Adaptable with various single and double-end mechanical seals, including balanced types for versatile sealing solutions.
Robust ball bearings and ample shaft diameter ensure smooth, reliable operation. Select pump body specifications feature double screw shells to effectively balance radial forces.

The products provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully comply with the contractual requirements, ensuring they are perfectly suited for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. All goods will be rigorously tested in accordance with the contractual agreement and its appendices to verify their performance and adherence to technical specifications.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet the contract provisions, the seller is obligated to correct the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost, completing all necessary work within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the defective goods with suitable alternatives that meet the contract requirements, ensuring the replacement is completed within the originally agreed delivery date.
The seller must employ a robust quality assurance system, adhering to the stringent standards outlined in the IS09000 series 2000 edition. All products must also comply with the HSE management system requirements, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps spans 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operational commencement. During this timeframe, the supplier will replace any parts demonstrating manufacturing defects free of charge. If any malfunctions arise due to buyer-related issues, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty for any replaced parts extends for one year.
