Application Range and Product Features
The pressure on the shaft seal is balanced by balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers, with options for soft packing (cooled or not cooled).
A variety of single and double end mechanical seals can be utilized, with balanced types also available.
Durable ball bearings with ample shaft diameter ensure smooth and consistent operation. Specific pump body designs with double screw shells help balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, including the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite component. This allows for pump body maintenance without pipeline removal (when using an extended coupling).
Flange design leverages PN16 and PN25 standards (material-dependent). Suitable for ANSI 125 and 150 pounds per square inch applications.

Service Policy
The seller guarantees that the goods provided will fully comply with contract requirements, be fit for their intended purpose in both design and construction, and meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. All goods will be rigorously tested as per the contract provisions to ensure they meet the necessary technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part fail to comply with the contract, the seller is obliged to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no extra cost to the buyer and within the mutually agreed timeframe. In the event that the goods cannot be corrected, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. The seller must then replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, all within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller will implement an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the standards specified in the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition. Additionally, the products must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically OSHA 180001/HSE.
Our pumps come with an 18-month warranty from the date of shipment or 12 months post-operation, whichever is earlier. If any manufacturing defects arise during this period, we will promptly replace the parts at no cost to you. In the event of pump malfunctions due to buyer's usage, we offer timely support to resolve the issues. Furthermore, we guarantee a one-year warranty on all replaced parts.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
