The HCZ series standardized chemical pumps boast a versatile performance range that encapsulates all the capabilities of the IH series standardized chemical pumps, with enhanced efficiency, superior cavitation performance, and other outstanding indicators.
The HCZ pumps are designed for seamless interchangeability with the IH type pumps, allowing them to easily replace IH type pumps as individual units, ensuring operational continuity and flexibility.

Extensive Application Range and Superior Product Features
The pressure on the shaft seal is ingeniously balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be adapted with soft packing, which can be either cooled or non-cooled, depending on the application needs.
Additionally, various configurations of single and double-end mechanical seals can be utilized, including balanced types, to meet a wide range of operational requirements.
Durable ball bearings and a robust shaft diameter ensure smooth and reliable operation. The pump body in some specifications features double screw shells for effective radial force balancing.
The bearing frame, comprising the shaft, impeller, packing box, etc., forms an integrated component. This allows for maintenance of the pump body without needing to detach it from the pipeline, particularly when using an extended coupling.
The shaft design enables easy maintenance without removing the motor. The flange design is compatible with PN16 and PN25 (depending on material variations), and is also applicable to ANSI125 standards.
Rated for usage at either pounds per square inch or 150 pounds per square inch, providing flexibility based on operational demands.

Service Policy
The seller guarantees the goods will fully meet the contract's requirements, ensuring they are fit for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances, and be tested as per the contract and its attachments to confirm compliance with the technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to meet the contract provisions, the seller must remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods free of charge within the agreed timeframe. If remediation is not possible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet the contract requirements, ensuring the replacement is completed within the originally agreed delivery date.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system during the organizational process, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 edition requirements. The provided products must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from shipment or 12 months post-operation. During this time, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free part replacements by the supplier. In case of malfunctions due to buyer's reasons, the supplier will still provide timely assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.

It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
