The HCZ series standardized chemical pump is a state-of-the-art horizontal, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump. Adhering strictly to DIN24256/ISO2858 standards, it guarantees unmatched size and performance.
The performance range of the HCZ series extends beyond the capabilities of the IH series standardized chemical pumps. With superior efficiency, exceptional cavitation performance, and other advanced metrics, it sets new industry benchmarks.
The HCZ series is designed for seamless interchangeability with the IH type pump, allowing it to serve as a direct replacement in existing systems, thereby ensuring continuity and ease of upgrade.

Application range and product features
The pressure on the shaft seal is balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can utilize soft packing, which can be either cooled or non-cooled.
Additionally, a variety of single and double end mechanical seals can be employed, including balanced type seals.
Durable ball bearings and adequately sized shaft diameters ensure smooth operation. Certain pump body specifications feature double screw shells to counteract radial forces.
The composite bearing frame, which includes the shaft, impeller, and packing box, enables maintenance of the pump body without removing it from the pipeline (when using an extended coupling).
With an extended shaft, the motor doesn’t need to be detached. The flange design supports PN16 and PN25 (material-dependent), and can also be adapted for ANSI125.
Supports pressures of 150 pounds per square inch.

Comprehensive Service Policy
The seller guarantees that the goods supplied will fully meet contractual requirements and be suitable for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. The goods will be rigorously tested as per the contract and its attachments to affirm their capability and conformity with technical specifications and performance standards.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to meet contract requirements, the seller must rectify the defect and/or re-inspect and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer, ensuring completion within the mutually agreed timeframe. If remediation is not feasible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. The seller must then replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that fulfill the contract's requirements, all within the original delivery schedule.
The seller is obligated to maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the stringent standards of the IS09000 series 2000 edition. Additionally, the products must align with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months from the commencement of operation, whichever is earlier. During this time, any issues arising from manufacturing quality will be remedied with free part replacements by the supplier. Should the pumps malfunction due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will provide swift assistance. Replaced parts will carry a one-year warranty from the date of replacement.
