The HCZ series standardized chemical pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump. Designed to perfection, its dimensions and performance strictly adhere to DIN24256/ISO2858 standards, ensuring top-notch reliability and efficiency.
The performance range of HCZ series standardized chemical pumps surpasses the comprehensive capabilities of the IH series. With superior efficiency, exceptional cavitation performance, and other unmatched metrics, the HCZ series sets a new benchmark.
Designed with interchangeability in mind, the HCZ series can seamlessly replace the IH type pump. This feature allows for flexibility and ease of operation, ensuring continuity and convenience.

Application range and product feature
The pressure on the shaft seal is expertly balanced by balance holes on secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be equipped with soft packing, either cooled or uncooled.
Furthermore, a variety of single and double end mechanical seals (including balanced types) can be utilized, ensuring versatility in application.
Durable ball bearings with ample shaft diameters ensure smooth and reliable operation. Some pump body specifications include double screw shells to effectively balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, which includes the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite component. This allows for pump body maintenance without removing it from the pipeline, especially when using an extended coupling.
When the shaft is used, there's no need to remove the motor. The flange design accommodates PN16 and PN25, depending on material differences, and is also compatible with ANSI 125.

Our Service Policy
The products provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully adhere to the contract requirements and be perfectly suited for their intended applications in both design and construction. They must surpass all performance metrics and tolerances. Each product will undergo rigorous testing as stipulated in the contract and its appendices to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any product or its components fail to meet contract stipulations, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the product at no additional cost to the buyer. This must be completed within the timeframe mutually agreed upon by both parties. If correction is impossible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the product. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected product or provide an equivalent alternative to meet contract requirements, ensuring completion within the originally stated delivery date.
The seller is required to implement a robust quality assurance system during the organizational process, adhering to the strict standards of the ISO9000 series (2000 edition). Additionally, the products must comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
Our warranty for the four pumps extends to 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operational commencement. If any manufacturing quality issues arise during this period, the supplier will replace the parts free of charge. Should any pump malfunctions occur due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will promptly assist in resolving the issue. The warranty for replacement parts stands at one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
