Application Range and Product Features
The pressure on the shaft seal is expertly balanced through the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be sealed with soft packing, with or without cooling options.

Service Policy
The products provided by the seller will strictly adhere to the contract requirements, ensuring they are designed and constructed for the intended use. They will meet or surpass all performance values and tolerances and undergo rigorous testing as per the contract and attachments to verify their capability and compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to comply with the contract, the seller must rectify the defect and/or reinspect and retest the goods for the buyer without any financial burden, completing the work within the mutually agreed timeframe. If rectification is impossible, the buyer may reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring the replacement is completed within the originally agreed delivery schedule.

The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this period, the supplier will replace parts free of charge for any manufacturing quality issues. If any pump malfunctions occur due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will still provide prompt assistance. The supplier also guarantees a one-year warranty period for any replaced parts.
