Service Policy
The goods supplied by the seller must fully adhere to the contract's requirements and be fit for the intended purpose in design and construction. They must meet or surpass all performance metrics and tolerances. The goods must undergo testing as stipulated in the contract and its attachments to confirm their capability and compliance with the technical specifications and performance data.
If the goods or any part of them fail to meet the contract's conditions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer, ensuring completion within the mutually agreed timeframe. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer has the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must either replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives that meet the contract's criteria, with all replacements completed within the originally stipulated delivery time.
The seller must operate an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, consistent with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, products must comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation, whichever is longer. During this period, the supplier will replace any parts free of charge if manufacturing quality issues arise. For malfunctions due to the buyer's reasons, the supplier will also provide prompt assistance. The supplier guarantees a one-year warranty on all replaced parts.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
