Service Policy
The products supplied will strictly adhere to the contract specifications and be suitable for their intended applications in both design and construction. They will meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances, and undergo rigorous testing as per the contract provisions to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the product fail to meet contract stipulations, the seller will rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods free of charge. This will be done within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the issue cannot be resolved, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods, necessitating the seller to replace the faulty items with those that meet contract requirements. This replacement must occur within the original delivery schedule.
An effective quality assurance system, conforming to ISO 9000 series standards, will be implemented during the organizational process. The supplied products will comply with HSE management standards, specifically OSHA 180001/HSE.
The warranty for the four pumps spans 18 months from shipment or 12 months from operation. Within this period, any manufacturing defects will be addressed with free part replacements. If malfunctions arise due to buyer-related issues, the supplier will still offer prompt assistance. Replacement parts will carry a one-year warranty.

It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
