The products supplied by the seller must fully comply with contract requirements and be perfectly suited for their intended designs and constructions. Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract requirements, the seller must rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer, within an agreed timeframe.
