Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully comply with the contract requirements, ensuring suitability for intended design and construction use, while meeting or exceeding all specified performance values and tolerances. The goods must undergo thorough testing, as stipulated in the contract and its attachments, to confirm their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or reinspect and retest the goods for the buyer without any financial burden, completing the work within the agreed timeframe. If the defects cannot be corrected, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide alternatives that meet contract specifications, ensuring the replacement is completed within the original delivery schedule.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, the products must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months of operation. During this period, the supplier will replace any parts with manufacturing defects at no cost. Should any malfunctions arise due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will provide timely support. The warranty for replaced parts will extend for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
