Service Policy
The products supplied by the seller shall fully adhere to the contract specifications, ensuring suitability for the intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or surpass all stated performance metrics and tolerances. The goods are to be rigorously tested as per the contract and its attachments to validate their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance benchmarks.
Should any goods fail to meet the contract specifications, the seller is obligated to rectify defects and/or re-inspect and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost. This must be accomplished within the mutually agreed timeframe. In instances where remediation is not possible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. Under such circumstances, the seller must either replace the rejected items or provide suitable alternatives that fulfill the contractual requirements. All replacements must be executed within the initially agreed delivery schedule.
The seller is required to maintain a robust quality assurance system aligned with the ISO 9000 series 2000 standards. The supplied products must also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months from the start of operation, whichever comes first. Any manufacturing quality issues within this period will be addressed with free part replacements by the supplier. Should any pump issues arise due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will provide prompt support. The warranty for any replaced parts extends for one year.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
