With an impressive service life, the HYF (FYS) submersible pump stands as a superior replacement for any corrosion-resistant model. It boasts a sleek design, lightweight construction, and flawless operation.
Engineered for stability, minimal vibration, and low noise, this pump simplifies maintenance with easy disassembly and assembly. Its submerged body ensures no shaft seal leakage, eliminating the need for a bottom valve or liquid injection.
Additionally, it offers seamless water diversion capabilities.
The HYF (FYS) corrosion-resistant submersible pump excels in transporting fluids across diverse sectors including chemical, medical, coinage, dyeing, metallurgy, environmental protection, and pesticides.
It adeptly handles chemical mediums, with the exception of a few substances like molten metal lithium, sodium, potassium, and chlorine trifluoride.
Product Parameters
The cutting-edge HYF (FYS) submersible pump is meticulously engineered, comprising an array of vital components including the pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, elastic coupling, pipe flange, guide bearing, intermediate connecting pipe, and outlet.
Expertly constructed from high-quality materials, the pump integrates elements such as pipes, bearing frames, base plates, and motor frames to ensure superior durability and performance.
Designed for optimal efficiency, the suction port of the pump is aligned with the axis direction, while the outlet runs parallel to the axis, ensuring seamless fluid transfer.
For precise operation, the pump rotates in a clockwise direction when observed from the suction port towards the motor section.
The vertical motor is securely bolted to the motor seat, facilitating direct transmission to the pump via an elastic coupling, pump body, intermediate connection pipe, and pump frame, ensuring robust and reliable operation.
The outlet pipe, pipe flange, and bolted connection form an integrated unit, firmly anchored on the bottom plate. The entire assembly is meticulously installed on the container through this bottom plate, ensuring stability and efficiency. The HYF type pump delivers exceptional fluid management.
Components not in direct contact with the liquid, such as the motor base and pump frame, are crafted from durable cast iron, while the bottom plate is constructed from resilient polypropylene, enhancing the overall robustness of the pump.
The axial and radial forces of the pump, including those generated by water pressure during operation and the weight of the impeller and rotor, are expertly managed by a one-way bearing box installed within, ensuring consistent and reliable performance.
The pump features thrust ball bearings, single row radial ball bearings, and a sliding guide shaft bearing to guarantee safe and normal operation. The bearing is lubricated with butter, and the guide bearing ensures smooth performance.
The pump is lubricated by the liquid being transported, necessitating that the liquid level remains above the centerline of the impeller during operation to ensure optimal performance.
Furthermore, the HYF corrosion-resistant liquid centrifugal series is available in two configurations: one with an intermediate guide bearing structure and another with a non-immersed bearing structure, tailored to the varying lengths of the extension L into the container.

Service Policy

If any part of the goods fails to meet contract requirements, the seller must rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer, ensuring the work is completed within the mutually agreed timeframe. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller is obligated to replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives, adhering to the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller is required to maintain a robust quality assurance system in alignment with the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. Additionally, products must meet the standards of the HSE management system, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty on the 4 pumps spans 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be addressed with free part replacements. Should any issues arise due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.
