The HYF (FYS) High Pressure Submersible Pump is meticulously engineered with a comprehensive assembly including a robust pump body, durable pump cover, precision impeller, sturdy shaft, elastic coupling, dependable pipe flange, reliable guide bearing, intermediate connecting pipe, and efficient outlet.
Crafted from high-quality components, this pump features pipes, bearing frames, base plates, and motor frames, ensuring longevity and optimal performance.
Designed for superior fluid dynamics, the pump's suction port is aligned with the axis direction while the outlet maintains a parallel orientation to the axis, optimizing flow and efficiency.
Engineered for precision, the pump is designed to rotate clockwise when viewed from the suction port towards the motor section, ensuring consistent and powerful performance.
The vertical motor is securely fastened to the motor seat with bolts, ensuring direct transmission to the pump via an elastic coupling, pump body, intermediate connection pipe, and pump frame, guaranteeing stability and efficiency.
The outlet pipe, pipe flange, and bolted connection form a cohesive unit, firmly fixed on the bottom plate. This entire assembly is strategically installed on the container through the bottom plate, with the HYF type pump efficiently guiding out flow.
Key components that are not in contact with the liquid, such as the motor base and pump frame, are constructed from cast iron for durability, while the bottom plate is made of resilient polypropylene.
The pump's axial and radial forces, including water pressure during operation, impeller weight, and rotor dynamics, are expertly managed by the one-way bearing box installed within, ensuring reliable performance.
Thrust ball bearings, single row radial ball bearings, and a sliding guide shaft work in unison to ensure the pump's safe and normal operation. The bearing is butter-lubricated, while the guide bearing uses the transported liquid for lubrication.
To ensure optimal operation, it is crucial that the liquid level remains higher than the centerline of the impeller during usage, facilitating proper lubrication of the transported liquid.

Our Service Policy
The goods supplied by the seller must fully conform to contract requirements and be suitable for the intended purpose in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances. Each item will be tested in accordance with the contract and accompanying documents to ensure technical specification and performance compliance.
Should any goods fail to comply with the contract, the seller must rectify the defect and/or conduct additional inspections and tests at no cost to the buyer. This corrective action must be timely and agreed upon by both parties. If rectification is not possible, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring delivery within the original timeframe.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the production process, equivalent to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Products must also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE requirements.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation, whichever comes first. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be remedied at no charge. Should any issues arise due to buyer-related reasons, timely assistance will still be provided. Additionally, any replacement parts will carry a one-year warranty.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
