Service Policy
The products supplied by us are guaranteed to meet all contract requirements and performance specifications. Each item is designed and built to be fit for purpose, exceeding performance values and tolerances. Rigorous testing, as outlined in the contract and its attachments, is conducted to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the product fail to meet contract requirements, we commit to rectifying the defect and conducting necessary inspections and retests at no additional cost. All corrective actions will be completed within the mutually agreed-upon timeline. If rectification is not possible, the buyer has the right to reject the goods, prompting us to replace them with suitable alternatives within the original contract delivery timeframe.
We adhere to a stringent quality assurance system aligned with the IS09000 series 2000 edition. Our products also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for our pumps extends to 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. Should any manufacturing defects arise, we will replace the faulty parts free of charge. Additionally, we provide assistance for any malfunctions caused by the buyer. The warranty for replaced parts is one year.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
