Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must ensure comprehensive compliance with contract specifications, designed and constructed for the intended purpose, meeting or exceeding all performance metrics and tolerances. They must undergo rigorous testing as per the contract and its attachments to verify adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to adhere to contract specifications, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer, ensuring completion within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the issues remain unrectified, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring this replacement is completed within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller must enforce a robust quality assurance system paralleling the stringent requirements of the IS09000 series 2000 edition. All products must align with HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation, whichever is earlier. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be rectified at no cost. Additionally, the supplier will provide prompt assistance for any operational issues arising from the buyer's side. Replacement parts come with a one-year warranty from the replacement date.
