Application range and product feature
The pressure acting on the shaft seal is meticulously balanced by the secondary blades' balance holes or impellers. The shaft seal can be configured with soft packing, which can be cooled or not cooled based on requirements.
Additionally, various structures of single and double end mechanical seals can be employed (both balanced types are available for greater flexibility).
Durable ball bearings and ample shaft diameter ensure seamless operation. Specific pump body designs incorporate double screw shells to effectively balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, incorporating the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite component. This design allows the pump body to be maintained without removal from the pipeline when using an extended coupling.
When using the shaft, the motor does not require removal. The flange design utilizes PN16 and PN25 (material differences dictate the choice), and it is also compatible with ANSI125 standards.

Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully comply with the contract requirements and are designed and constructed to be fit for the intended use. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. All goods undergo rigorous testing in accordance with contract provisions and attachments to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods fail to comply with the contract provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no charge to the buyer. This must be done within a mutually agreed timeframe. If the goods cannot be rectified, the buyer has the right to reject them, and the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements. Replacement must occur within the original delivery schedule.
