Expertly designed, the pump's suction port follows the axis direction, while the outlet remains parallel to the axis, optimizing fluid dynamics.

The vertical motor, firmly fastened to the motor seat with bolts, transmits power directly to the pump via an elastic coupling, through the pump body, intermediate connection pipe, and pump frame, ensuring unwavering performance.
The outlet pipe, pipe flange, and bolted connections form an integrated unit, securely fixed on the bottom plate. The entire pump assembly is installed on the container through this bottom plate, facilitating easy and reliable installation.
Major components, apart from those in contact with the liquid, like the motor base and pump frame, are constructed from durable cast iron, while the bottom plate is crafted from high-quality polypropylene, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion.
The pump’s axial and radial forces, including those generated by water pressure during operation and the weight of the impeller and rotor, are efficiently managed by the one-way bearing box, an integral feature ensuring dependable operation.
Utilizing thrust ball bearings, single row radial ball bearings, and sliding guide shafts, the pump guarantees safe and normal operation. The bearings are lubricated with butter, while the guide bearing is lubricated with the transported liquid.
To ensure optimal functioning, the liquid level must be higher than the centerline of the impeller during operation, guaranteeing continuous lubrication and cooling.
Furthermore, the HYF corrosion-resistant liquid centrifugal series features variations with intermediate guide bearing structures and non-immersed bearing structures, catering to different operational requirements based on the length L extending into the container.

Service Policy
The goods supplied by the seller are guaranteed to fully adhere to the contract's specifications and are designed and constructed for their intended purpose. They must meet or surpass all specified performance metrics and tolerances. Goods will be rigorously tested as per contractual agreements to validate their capability and conformity to the technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to meet the contract requirements, the seller is obliged to rectify the defect and/or re-inspect and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer. This must be done within the mutually agreed timeframe. If remediation is not possible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide alternatives that meet the contract specifications, all within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller will maintain a robust quality assurance system during the production process, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, products must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation, whichever comes first. During this warranty period, any manufacturing defects will be addressed with free replacement parts. For malfunctions due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will still offer prompt assistance. Replaced parts come with a one-year warranty.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
