Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must be designed and constructed to fully comply with contract requirements and intended use; They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances. Goods will undergo rigorous testing as per contract provisions to demonstrate compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods fail to meet contract provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy defects and/or inspect and retest the goods at no extra cost, completing the work within the agreed timeframe. If unresolvable, the buyer may reject the goods, and the seller must replace them with goods meeting contract standards within the original delivery timeline.
An effective quality assurance system, aligning with IS09000 series 2000 standards, must be implemented by the seller. Products must also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operation. During this warranty, any manufacturing quality issues will merit free parts replacement. If malfunctions arise due to buyer error, the supplier will provide timely support. Replaced parts carry a one-year warranty.
