Service Policy
The goods we supply are guaranteed to fully meet the requirements of the contract, designed and constructed for their intended purpose. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances, and undergo rigorous testing as per contract provisions to confirm their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods or components fail to meet contract provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer at no extra cost, completing the work within the mutually agreed timeframe. If remediation is not possible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring the replacement is completed within the original contract delivery date.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system in accordance with IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, all products must adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months from the start of operation. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will result in free parts replacement by the supplier. Should any pump issues arise due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.

It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
