The HYF (FYS) corrosion-resistant submersible pump, crafted from advanced fluoroplastics like FEP and PVDF, boasts a distinguished manufacturing process and exceptional oil usage performance.
With an impressive service life, the HYF (FYS) submersible pump can effortlessly replace any other type of corrosion-resistant submersible pump. It features a sleek design, lightweight construction, and ensures smooth, trouble-free operation.
Offering remarkable stability, low vibration, minimal noise, and ease of disassembly and assembly. The pump body is entirely submerged in liquid, eliminating shaft seal leakage, the need for a bottom valve, and the necessity to inject liquid.
A key advantage is its capability for water diversion.
The HYF (FYS) corrosion-resistant submersible pump is an ideal choice for a multitude of industries, including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, minting, dyeing, metallurgy, environmental protection, and pesticides.
It is designed to handle a broad spectrum of chemical media, with the exception of a few, such as molten metal lithium, sodium, potassium, chlorine trifluoride, and similar aggressive substances.
Product Parameters
The HYF (FYS) submersible pump is meticulously crafted with a robust assembly of key components: a pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, elastic coupling, pipe flange, guide bearing, intermediate connecting pipe, and outlet.
Expertly engineered, this pump is composed of crucial elements such as pipes, bearing frames, base plates, and motor frames, ensuring top-notch performance.
Designed for efficiency, the pump's suction port aligns with the axis direction, and the outlet runs parallel to the axis for optimal flow.
Precision engineered, the pump rotates in a clockwise direction when observed from the suction port towards the motor section, ensuring seamless operation.
The vertical motor is securely bolted to the motor seat and directly transmits power to the pump through an elastic coupling, intermediate connection pipe, pump frame, and more, facilitating a reliable and steady flow.
The outlet pipe, pipe flange, and bolted connections form a cohesive unit fixed on the bottom plate. The entire pump is robustly installed on the container via this plate, making the HYF type pump highly efficient.
For enhanced durability, major components outside the liquid contact parts, such as the motor base and pump frame, are constructed from cast iron, while the bottom plate is made of resilient polypropylene.
The pump's axial and radial forces, including water pressure generated during operation, the weight of the impeller and rotor, etc., are adeptly managed by the unidirectional bearing box installed within.
Thrust ball bearings and single-row radial ball bearings, along with the sliding guide shaft, ensure the pump's safe and smooth operation. These bearings are lubricated with butter, maintaining consistent performance.
The liquid being transported also lubricates the guide bearing. Therefore, to ensure efficient operation, the liquid level must be above the centerline of the impeller.
The HYF corrosion-resistant liquid centrifugal series features two distinct structures based on the length L that extends into the container: intermediate guide bearing structure and non-immersed bearing structure, catering to diverse needs.

Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract specifications, the seller must rectify the defect and/or conduct inspections and retests at no additional cost to the buyer. All corrective actions must be completed within the mutually agreed timeframe. If rectification is not possible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring completion within the initially agreed delivery schedule.
The seller is required to implement an effective quality assurance system in line with the IS09000 series 2000 edition. The products must also conform to the HSE management system standards, including 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months from the start of operation. During this period, any issues arising from manufacturing defects will be addressed with free part replacements. For malfunctions due to buyer-related issues, the supplier will provide prompt support. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
