Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully comply with the contract's requirements, ensuring suitability for intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. The goods must undergo testing as per the contract and its attachments to demonstrate compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to meet the contract's provisions, the seller is obligated to correct the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer, within an agreed timeframe. If the goods cannot be corrected, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives that meet the contract requirements, with replacement completed within the originally agreed delivery timeline.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system in line with the requirements of the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. The products must also comply with the HSE management system standard, which is OSHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this period, if any manufacturing defects arise, the supplier will provide replacement parts free of charge. If any issues occur due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will offer timely assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year from the date of replacement.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
