Service Policy
The seller guarantees that the goods provided fully align with the contractual requirements, ensuring suitability for the intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or surpass all performance criteria and tolerances. The goods will undergo rigorous testing as outlined in the contract and its annexes to validate their compliance with the technical specifications and performance benchmarks.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract stipulations, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or re-test the goods for the buyer at no additional cost, completing the work within the mutually agreed time frame. Failure to remedy or correct the goods grants the buyer the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that fulfill the contract's requirements, adhering to the original delivery schedule.
The seller must maintain a robust quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the ISO9000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, the products must comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically OSHA180001/HSE.
The warranty for the 4 pumps is valid for 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. If any manufacturing defects arise during this period, the supplier will replace the parts at no charge. Should any pump malfunctions occur due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will provide prompt support to resolve the issues. Furthermore, the replaced parts come with a one-year warranty.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
