The pressure on the shaft seal is effectively balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can employ soft packing, which may be cooled or not cooled based on requirements.

Service Policy
The seller guarantees that all goods provided will fully meet the contractual requirements, ensuring suitability for both design and construction purposes. The goods will meet or exceed all defined performance standards and tolerances. Extensive testing as per the contract will be conducted to confirm compliance with all technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods fail to meet contract specifications, the seller is obligated to correct the defect and/or re-inspect and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer. All necessary remedial work will be completed within the agreed timeframe. If the goods cannot be rectified, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring delivery time does not exceed the originally agreed date.

The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months from the start of operation. The warranty for replacement parts is one year from the date of replacement.
