The pressure on the shaft seal is meticulously balanced by the balance holes on secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be equipped with soft packing, which can be cooled as required.

Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must ensure full compliance with the contract requirements, suitability for intended use in both design and construction, and must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances. The goods will be tested per the contract provisions and attachments to validate their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
If any part of the goods fails to comply with the contract provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost, completing the work within the agreed timeframe. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. The seller must then replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives to meet contract requirements, ensuring completion within the originally agreed delivery date.

The warranty period for the four pumps extends to 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free part replacements by the supplier. In case of malfunctions due to the buyer's reasons, the supplier will provide timely assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is one year.
