Application Range and Product Features
The pressure on the shaft seal is expertly balanced by the strategically placed balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can utilize soft packing, with options for cooling.
Versatile design accommodates various structures of single and double end mechanical seals, including balanced types.
Durable ball bearings coupled with a robust shaft diameter ensure smooth and reliable operation. Certain pump body specifications incorporate double screw shells to effectively balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, which includes the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite unit, allowing for easy maintenance without the need to remove the pump body from the pipeline, if an extended coupling is used.
When using the shaft, the motor can remain in place. Flange designs accommodate PN16 and PN25 standards, with additional compatibility for ANSI125 specifications.
Operates efficiently at pressures of up to 150 pounds per square inch, depending on material differences.

Our Commitment to Service
The products we provide are guaranteed to fully meet the contract specifications and are designed to be fit for their intended use. They will match or exceed all performance criteria and tolerances. Each product will be rigorously tested as per contract requirements to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance standards.
If any part of the goods fails to meet contract specifications, the seller will remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no extra charge. The work will be completed within the agreed timeframe. Should the goods still not meet requirements, the buyer may reject them, and the seller must replace or provide suitable alternatives within the original delivery schedule.
The seller will maintain an effective quality assurance system in line with IS09000 series 2000 edition requirements. The products will also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
Our warranty for the four pumps is 18 months from shipment date or 12 months after operation, whichever comes first. If any manufacturing defects arise during this period, we will replace the parts at no cost. We will also assist with any issues arising due to buyer causes. Replaced parts are guaranteed for an additional year.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
