Service Excellence Policy
The products we supply are guaranteed to fully meet contract specifications and are designed and constructed for their intended use. They must meet or exceed all performance criteria and tolerances, and will be tested in accordance with the contract and its attachments to verify their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to comply with the contract provisions, the seller must remedy the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost. This must be done within the timeframe agreed upon by both parties. If the defect cannot be corrected, the buyer has the right to reject the goods, and the seller is obligated to replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives to meet contract requirements. Replacement must be completed within the original contract delivery date.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the same standards as those specified in the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. The products must also comply with HSE management system standards, specifically OSHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after commissioning. During this time, the supplier will replace any parts with manufacturing quality issues at no cost. Should any pump malfunction due to buyer-related issues, the supplier will provide timely assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
