Service Policy
Products supplied by the seller must fully comply with contract specifications and be fit for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances. Goods will be tested according to contract provisions and attachments to ensure their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to meet contract provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer, within an agreed timeframe. If remediation is not possible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the non-compliant goods with suitable alternatives that fulfill contract requirements. Replacement must be completed within the originally specified delivery timeframe.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, in line with IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The products offered must also comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this time, any manufacturing quality issues will be resolved with free part replacements. Should malfunctions arise due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will assist promptly. The warranty period for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
