Application Range and Product Features
The pressure on the shaft seal is expertly balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be sealed with either cooled or non-cooled soft packing.
Additionally, various structures of single and double end mechanical seals can be employed, including balanced types, to suit different application needs.
Our robust ball bearings and ample shaft diameter ensure smooth and reliable operation. Some pump body specifications feature double screw shells to balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, encompassing the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite component, allowing for maintenance without removing the pump body from the pipeline (when using an extended coupling).
With our design, the motor does not need to be removed while using the shaft. The flange design is compatible with PN16 and PN25 standards, and is also suitable for ANSI 125 applications.
Designed to withstand pressures of either 125 or 150 pounds per square inch, ensuring durability and reliability.

Comprehensive Service Policy
The products provided by the seller must fully comply with the contractual requirements and be suitable for their intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. All goods shall be thoroughly tested in accordance with contract provisions and attachments to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
If any part of the goods fails to meet the contract provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no extra cost to the buyer. This must be done within the period agreed upon by both parties. Should the goods be irremediable, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with ones that meet the contract's requirements, ensuring completion within the originally agreed delivery date.
During the organizational process, the seller must implement an effective quality assurance system equivalent to the IS09000 series 2000 edition. Products must comply with the HSE management system standard OSH180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this time, any manufacturing quality issues will be resolved with free parts replacement. The supplier guarantees timely assistance for any buyer-related pump malfunctions. Additionally, a one-year warranty is provided for the replaced parts.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
