The HCZ series standardized chemical pumps deliver an exceptional performance range, encompassing all the capabilities of the IH series standardized chemical pumps. Moreover, they surpass the IH series in efficiency, cavitation performance, and additional critical metrics.
The HCZ series standardized chemical pump is designed for seamless compatibility with the IH type pump, making it effortlessly interchangeable as a standalone unit to meet diverse operational needs.

Extensive Application Range and Distinguished Product Features
The pressure on the shaft seal is expertly balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be outfitted with soft packing—either cooled or non-cooled.
Additionally, a variety of single and double end mechanical seals can be utilized, including balanced types, for enhanced flexibility.
Durable ball bearings and ample shaft diameter ensure smooth and reliable operation. Some pump body specifications feature double screw shells to balance radial forces effectively.
The bearing frame, encompassing the shaft, impeller, packing box, and more, forms a composite unit allowing for pump body maintenance without pipeline removal when using an extended coupling.
When utilizing the shaft, the motor remains in place. The flange design supports PN16 and PN25 standards, with applicability to ANSI125 as well.
Capable of handling pressures of up to 150 pounds per square inch with optimal efficiency.

Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must ensure full compliance with the contract's requirements and suitability for the intended use in design and construction. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances. The goods will undergo testing, as specified in the contract and attachments, to demonstrate their ability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
If the goods or any part thereof fail to comply with the contract, the seller must remedy the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost. This must be done within the agreed timeframe. If the goods cannot be remedied, the buyer has the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet the contract requirements, ensuring completion within the original delivery timeline.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system aligned with the IS09000 series 2000 edition. Additionally, the provided products must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation, whichever is earlier. During this period, the supplier will replace any parts free of charge in the event of manufacturing quality issues. If malfunctions occur due to the buyer's reasons, the supplier will provide timely assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is one year.

It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
