Service Policy
The products provided by the seller must fully comply with contractual requirements, ensuring suitability for intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all performance benchmarks and tolerances. Rigorous testing as stipulated in the contract and its attachments is necessary to demonstrate compliance with all technical specifications and performance data.
Should the products, or any part of them, fail to meet contract provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer, within a mutually agreed timeframe. If remediation fails, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods, prompting the seller to provide replacements that meet contract specifications, ensuring all replacement work is completed within the originally stipulated delivery period.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system equivalent to the requirements specified in the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. All products must adhere to the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for our pumps extends to 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. Within this timeframe, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free part replacements. If malfunctions occur due to buyer-related issues, timely assistance will be provided. The supplier guarantees an additional one-year warranty for any replaced parts.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
