Comprehensive Service Policy
The products provided by the seller must fully comply with the contractual requirements and be suitable for their intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances. The goods will be rigorously tested according to the contract provisions and attachments to confirm their capability and adherence to the technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to meet the contract provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods for the buyer at no extra cost, ensuring timely completion as agreed by both parties. If the goods are irreparable, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives that meet the contract requirements, with replacement completed within the originally agreed delivery timeframe.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, equivalent to the requirements specified in the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition. The products must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically OSH A180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps extends to 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free part replacements by the supplier. Should any pump malfunctions arise due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will also provide timely assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
